Not acceptable. All purchases are final unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3.⁠ ⁠Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
If your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at malenacreativestudio@gmail.com with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
